This Herbal juice helps break down the fats formed from our abusive relationships with sugar.
A handful of mint leaves
A handful of basil leaves
A handful of coriander leaves
A handful of tarragon leaves
A thumb-sized piece fresh root ginger, unpeeled
1 medium-sized cucumber, unpeeled
1 lemon (squeezed or juiced, according to taste)
a pinch of cayenne pepper
Cup of Apple Juice
Wash all items.
Place herbs in the blender
Chop the Cucumber into 5 pieces, and add to blender.
Put together in a blender and blend on a low setting.
Add the juice of half a lemon and cayenne pepper to finish.
